My inspiration comes from my love of travel. The geometric textiles of Nigeria. Russian wood painting, Mexican & Spanish folk art, the textiles of Thailand.
As well as graphic and typographical design. Of course natures colors and designs
all help to inspire me.

I use simple forms that gives me "a canvas" to paint and often translates to a bowl or platter form or large vase. This allows me the ample space I need for my designs.
I try to make the designs an integral part of the form.
